Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. melted oleo
    24 large fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Gently rinse mushrooms and pat dry.
    Remove stems.
    Brush caps with salad oil and place in a buttered baking dish.
    Combine crab meat, eggs, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
    Combine remaining bread crumbs with oleo and sprinkle over mushrooms.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
