Alto Octavo Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 sprigs fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
    Place yolks, milk, salt, pepper, parsley, mushrooms and cheese in blender; blend 15 seconds.
    Fold yolk mixture into beaten whites.
    Pour into large, buttered skillet.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
    Yields 4 servings.
