Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put vegetables in casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over vegetables. Blend the rest of ingredients in blender for 2 1/2 minutes.
    Pour mixture over vegetables and cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
