Cream Of Anything Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. broth
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped meat or vegetables (I use broccoli)
Preparation
    Saute butter and flour; add milk.
    This makes a thick white sauce, if cheese is added, add here and whisk to melt.
    Mix in cooked vegetables or meat and stir until smooth.
    Add broth to desired consistency.
    Season to taste.
