Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 qt. thinly sliced zucchini, unpeeled
    1 qt. sliced onions
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, salt and spices to a boil.
    Pour hot over zucchini and onions.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal at once.
    Makes 6 pints.
