Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. self-rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
7 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick butter
extra butter for brushing on top of baked biscuits
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; batter will be slightly runny.
Roll on lightly floured surface until dough reaches a smooth consistency. Cut 3/4-inch thick.
Melt 1/2 stick butter on cookie sheet.
Place biscuits slightly touching.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
