Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. marshmallow cream

Preparation

Mix potatoes with sugar; add coconut, milk, eggs and spices and blend.
Pour into greased casserole pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Pour marshmallows on top.
Brown until melted.
