Pop Eyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice of bread for each person
    1 egg for each person
    a little margarine or butter
Preparation
    Cut a circle out of the center of a piece of bread (save the circle).
    Melt butter or margarine in a pan; put the bread in. Crack an egg into the hole in each slice of bread.
    As the bread browns and the egg cooks, turn, if desired.
    Brown the circle of bread in a little butter.
    Serve for breakfast or lunch.
