Easy Dill-Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. dried dill seed
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a small mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour and the yeast.
    In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter, dill seed, onion and 1 teaspoon salt just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0), stirring constantly to melt butter.
    Add to dry mixture; add egg.
    Beat at low speed with electric mixer for 1/2 minute, scraping bowl.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand, stir in remaining flour.
