Sweet Potato Pudding(Grandmother Byrd'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated sweet potatoes
    3 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs whites, beaten stiff with 6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Stir in milk and potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    After baking until brown and set, top with the egg whites and brown.
