Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed chicken
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. sour cream
    chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and slivered
    1/2 box frozen snow pea pods
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together except butter, almonds and corn flakes.
    (I add a little broth from the boiled chicken.)
    Put into 2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter, almonds and corn flakes.
    Spread mixture on top of casserole. Bake 35 minutes.
