Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
2 sticks margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Put hash browns in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Melt 1 stick margarine and pour over the potatoes.
Mix the soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt and pepper together.
(This will be thick.)
Pour mixture over potatoes and butter.
Melt the other stick of margarine and mix with the corn flakes.
Layer on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
