Do Not Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. raw rice (long grain)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 to 1/3 c. water
    paprika
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour melted butter and water over rice.
    Mix onion soup mix with the 2 soups and spoon over rice.
    Lay chicken pieces over top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with aluminum foil and seal.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Do not peek.
