Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut to small pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, soup, onion and rice together and pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Add half of the cheese and mix.
    Put into a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Add remaining cheese and butter; mix.
    Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
    Keep checking and stirring until all the cheese is melted and well blended.
    Cook for 30 more minutes, until top is slightly golden.
