Barbecue Sauce With Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar (white or brown; ten powdered)
    1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce (Kraft)
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, cut into rings
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley, crushed fine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Texas Pete (hot sauce)
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    First, melt margarine.
    Add
    onion
    rings;
    cook 2 or 3 minutes.
    Add all other
    ingredients.
    Bring
    to
    a slow boil. Cut heat down and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour over meat and cook to your desire in
    oven
    at
    350\u00b0.
    Good for chicken, pork chops, beef or pork ribs.
    Also,
    can put sauce over rice or mashed potatoes.
    Serves 4 people.
