Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups steamed squash, drained
    1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 onion
Preparation
    Mash squash, add all ingredients, mix well. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
