Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1 egg
sprinkle of salt
milk
Preparation

Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl.
Add egg and using half of shell, measure two shell halves full of milk; pour into mixture.
Mix well.
Flour counter; turn dough out onto counter and dust with flour.
Roll out until thin, dusting and flipping dough several times.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Dust well with flour and fold in half.
Dust and fold again and then one more time. Cut in narrow strips and open on counter to dry (2 hours).
Cook in broth about 15 to 20 minutes.
