Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook giblets and chop into broth.
    Add onion, celery and poultry seasoning.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add salt, pepper and egg slices.
    Dissolve flour in water before stirring into broth.
    Bring to boil and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
