Barbecued Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried lima beans
    1 qt. water
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed tomato soup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash beans; soak overnight in water.
    Simmer in same water with salt pork for 2 hours.
    Drain; reserve liquid.
    Brown onion and garlic in bacon drippings.
    Mix seasonings; add to onion and garlic.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Place beans in baking dish; add 1 1/2 cups of the reserved bean liquid and seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
