Cannoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Cut in with a pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas.
    Mix in shortening and eggs until creamy.
    Blend in vinegar and cold water, one tablespoon at a time.
    Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
