Yogurt Popsicles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carton plain yogurt
    1 can (6 oz.) concentrated, unsweetened fruit juice
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well and freeze in molds.
    Insert wooden stick for handle when partially frozen.
    Carbohydrate 10 g, protein 3 g, fat 3 g, calories 75.
