Crumb Topped Vidalia Onion Rings(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 medium Vidalia onions, peeled, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    2 Tbsp. dry Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, melt butter on High for 45 seconds or 1 minute.
    Add onions and toss to coat.
    Cover and cook on High for 4 to 6 minutes (microwave), stirring once.
    Combine crumbs, cheese and paprika.
    Spoon onto onions, cover with paper towel and microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
