Spinach Dorinne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquor
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (if needed)
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach according to directions.
Drain and reserve liquor.
Melt butter in pan over low heat.
Add onion; cook until soft, but not brown.
Add flour, stirring until smooth, but not brown.
Add liquor.
Stir until smooth. Add milk and cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
Combine with cooked spinach.
Put in casserole, top with bread crumbs and bake just until heated through at 350\u00b0.
(This may be served without baking.)
