Turkish Meatball Dinner (Kofte)(Pronounced Kerftay) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    egg
    1 onion, chopped
    3 slices bread, wet with water and squeeze out
Preparation
    Mix everything but egg evenly into meat.
    Add 1 egg and mix all together.
    Make into oval balls.
    Cover bottom of skillet in water, cook each meatball in the water, turning continually.
    Do not brown.
