Ora'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 sticks butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. white granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    6 large eggs
    juice of 6 lemons
    grated rind of 3 lemons (grate rind before juicing lemons)
Preparation
    Cream soft butter, sugar and cornmeal.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Add juice and rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0, until firm and slightly brown.
    Test with point of knife.
