Country Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag each pinto, red and navy beans
    4 qt. water
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 lb. ham, cut up
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak the beans overnight just covering beans with water and 3 teaspoons salt.
    Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 4 hours or longer, stirring often.
