Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, sliced or chopped
    2 carrots, sliced or chopped
    1/2 c. onions, sliced or chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
Preparation
    Fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle with sugar and salt.
    Pour mushrooms over all ingredients with liquid.
    Stir and fry 10 minutes.
