Torpedo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 fresh green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients together, except tomato paste and tomato sauce, for 20 minutes.
    Add the tomato sauce and tomato paste; let simmer for 2 hours.
    Serve over buns.
