Oatmeal Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. lard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped raisins
Preparation

Mix lard, sugar and egg.
Add milk with flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and oats.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Grease (or use paper liners) small muffin pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
