Steak And Zucchini Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 tsp. oil
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom gravy
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 envelope (about 2 Tbsp.) spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
    3 to 4 medium zucchini, cut in 1 1/2-inch slices
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    In skillet, quickly brown steak in hot oil.
    Add gravy, water and spaghetti sauce mix; stir until well combined.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add zucchini.
    Cover and continue cooking for 10 to 12 minutes, until zucchini is tender-crisp. Serve over noodles or rice, if desired.
