Spicy Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add salad oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Continue to beat until thick and foamy.
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts and raisins.
    Stir gently until well mixed.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
