Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grits
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 (6 oz.) rolls garlic cheese, cut up
    1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Cook grits in water.
    Add cheese, milk, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a buttered 4-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 10.
