Iris Marsh'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. marshmallows
    1 c. juice from fruit
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 pt. Cool Whip
    1 can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges (optional)
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Heat and stir the jello, 1 cup juice and 1 cup marshmallows until the marshmallows melt.
    Cool and add Cool Whip, cottage cheese, drained fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges and nuts.
    Mix and chill until firm in a large baking dish.
