Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 oz. milk, optional
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    chives
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until tender.
    Peel and dice.
    Put in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole. Heat cream cheese until melted. Stir in sour cream.
    Add milk if needed to make mixture pourable. Salt and pepper potatoes to taste.
    Add chopped chives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
