Red Ruby - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef-flavored bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice, chilled
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) bottle club soda, chilled
    1 c. vodka (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; let cool.
    Stir in juices.
    Just before serving, stir in club soda and, if desired, vodka.
    Serve over ice.
    Yields about 7 cups.
