Pizza Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cubed to bite size
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (12 to 15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 c. hot cooked rice or can replace with spaghetti
Preparation
    Mix in bowl first 6 ingredients; shape mixture into medium sized meat balls with 1 cube of cheese in center of each, making sure that cheese is completely covered with meat mixture.
    Coat each meatball lightly with flour.
    In skillet, over medium high heat, in hot oil, cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Put meatballs in sauce and simmer until heated.
    Serve on rice or spaghetti.
