Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    In Osterizer or use hand mixer, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Add drained sausage. Sprinkle cheese.
    Use an 8 x 12-inch glass pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until set. Test with knife. Can refrigerate overnight.
