Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender and mash well. Add butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Add milk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Use a 9-inch pie crust, either homemade or frozen, and pour mixture into crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
