Asparagus Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 egg yolks
2 1/2 c. cooked asparagus
Preparation

Blend oil, 1/2 cup milk and parsley in double boiler.
Add 1 cup milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
Cool to lukewarm. Beat in egg yolks.
Add asparagus.
Turn into a greased casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
