Seafoam Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    5 tablespoons of water
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Slowly add rest of ingredients. Beat with mixer in top of a double boiler over medium heat for about 10 minutes until it loses its gloss.
