Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. mushrooms
1/3 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. bacon (6 slices)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Crisply cook and crumble bacon.
Mix with other ingredients. Clean mushrooms; discard stems.
Fill mushroom caps; brush bottoms with oil.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then broil for 3 minutes.
