Pumpkin Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can pumpkin
2 c. undiluted canned milk
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, eggs, pumpkin, milk and water.
Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
