Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 1/4 c. milk
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 slices white bread, cubed
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large glass bowl.
    Microwave, covered with plastic wrap, on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, turning bowl once.
    Drain.
    Add milk, eggs, dry mustard, salt, cheese and bread; mix well.
    Pour into 2 (8-inch) round glass baking dishes.
    Microwave 1 dish at a time on Defrost for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring and turning dish every 3 minutes. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Serves 8.
