Mock Ravioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can hot sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 onions, chopped
1 pkg. bow ties
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/4 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Put juices in pot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the basil.
Cook onions in butter.
Fry meat when done.
Drain off fat.
After onions and meat are fried, put in with the sauce. Simmer for about 40 minutes.
Cook bow ties and spinach.
Grate cheese.
Then put some meat sauce in bottom of casserole, then noodles, all spinach, cheese.
Repeat and finish with meat sauce. Put some of the cheese on top.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
