Cheddar-Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. peeled and finely sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 (1 oz.) slices of cheddar cheese, cut in triangles
Preparation

Arrange slices of apples in pastry shell.
Combine sugar, salt, and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples.
Dot with butter.
