Ted'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped leaf lettuce
    1 c. chopped broccoli florets
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 chopped red bell pepper
    3 chopped green onions
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 lb. chopped shrimp (may substitute chicken or ham)
    1 (5 oz.) can chopped water chestnuts
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar with garlic flavoring
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and Sweet 'N Low. Mix thoroughly with veggies and meat mixture.
