Amy'S Double Stuff Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. sour cream (maybe more)
    1/2 c. half and half (maybe more)
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (let cool).
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop potato out to make shells.
    Mix potatoes with all ingredients (1/2 cup Cheddar cheese).
    Fill shells with potato mixture and top with the other 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes and serve.
