Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks butter or margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    3 c. sugar (scant)
    3 c. cake flour
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, add
    sugar;
    mix
    well.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour,\tmilk, alternate flour and milk starting with flour and ending
    with
    flour.
    Add vanilla last.
    Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
