Creamy Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears corn
4 Tbsp. butter
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 c. cream
Preparation

Cut tops off kernels of corn and scrape remaining pulp and milk out of the kernels.
Heat butter in a saucepan and add corn. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the cream and heat 10 minutes more until corn is tender, stirring constantly.
