Harvest Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed stew meat
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. cubed celery
    6 medium carrots, cubed
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    3 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything together and put in Dutch oven.
    Bake 5 hours at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0.
    Do not take lid off while baking.
    This may also be cooked in crock-pot.
